Messy desk

Next week, I’m going to give you tips on what a desk *is*. However, to prepare you for that, I need to make sure you’re clear on what a desk *is not*. So here goes….

A desk is NOT

  1. A storage unit.

  2. A shelf.

  3. An in-box.

  4. A permanent repository.

  5. A photo gallery.
  6. A museum.

  7. A pantry.

  8. A pharmacy.

  9. A holding zone.

  10. A supply closet.

Surely your desk couldn’t be described with any of these terms, right?  Read through the list just one more time, then look around the top of your desk and in the drawers, just to make sure. Tune in next week for “what a desk is.”
