Love the focus of individual choices to make faculty members more aware that their lifestyles are their responsibilities, important for junior faculty.
Much of what we should do to manage our time better is already known, even though most of us do not practice it. This information helped my to change my attitude about time planning and uncertainty which is exactly what I think most people need.
The tips are concise, easy to follow instructions on how to help guide our decisions and practices in order to obtain the goals of being more productive.
